Why do you personally support the Swiss Cyber Defence DNA Initiative?
Security is a top issue for our customers. We read about attacks on IT infrastructures almost every day, regardless of customer size and customer market. It is very important to us to be able to offer our customers effective support in the area of cyber security. We consider the Swiss Cyber Defence DNA Initiative to be an important local instrument for this.
Where does your company offer added value in relation to the six measures?
We basically offer secure – that is, securely operated – IT infrastructures consisting of computers, storage systems and networks – from the so-called edge (branch, campus) right down to one’s own computer room in the head office. In-house services as well as those from our partners round off our offerings with regard to the six measures. If desired, we can also offer these solutions and services to our customers in an "as a service" model.
What do you want from the SME customer?
Security in one's own IT should not be a taboo subject, but should be proactively checked on a continuous basis, for example, with one of our HPE business partners.
